Recognized as the No. 1 player in Kentucky by Prep Girls Hoops, James has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and leadership on the court. This commitment adds to Indiana’s impressive recruiting successes. In March 2024, the Hoosiers secured a verbal commitment from Nevaeh Caffey, a 5-foot-10 guard from Saint Louis, Missouri. Caffey, ranked 61st nationally and 18th in her position, was the second addition to Indiana’s 2025 class, following in-state prospect Maya Makalusky.
Further bolstering their roster, Indiana landed a commitment from Australian center Zoe Jackson in February 2025. The 6-foot-4 prospect chose Indiana over offers from Utah, Boston College, and the University of California, Berkeley, highlighting the program’s international appeal.
