Liverpool are expected to bring Fabio Carvalho back to Hull City this month after his year-long move to RB Leipzig was stalled due to a lack of game time.
When the 21-year-old left for Germany it felt like the beginning of the end, and now Carvalho is back in the Championship. It was a really interesting signing but his star seems to be on the wane, but it seems strange to hear the suggestion that he is not good enough to play at the highest level.
Respected sports journalist David Ornstein announced on Twitter that Liverpool will send Carvalho out on loan in the coming days and plan to move him to seventh in the Championship. Ornstein reports: “Fabio Carvalho was expected to join Hull on loan from Liverpool.
They came to Southampton but the Saints only gave up after talks with Rosenior and Morton. \”To be implemented in the future.”
Let’s hope Carvalho can rediscover his best form at Hull. Because it would be very disappointing to see him leave the club without making one of his rare appearances for the club. 21 games, 638 total minutes.
The Portuguese attacking midfielder is extremely talented but needs to play regularly. This season, RB Leipzig have given him just 360 minutes in six months.
