“I feel disappointed, but we have to share two things. We only think in the history of Chelsea.

It’s understandable that Pochettino tries to lower expectations on a regular basis. He wants to remind everyone that he
must be judged by this new standard, rather than being compared to past champion title holders. Unfortunately, this means that the Argentine will
become the messenger of the new reality. We are no longer just waiting to grow enough to compete with the best clubs, and to some extent we are no longer
even trying to compete with them. The huge spending over the past two years has been done to create a profitable business, something we are not
